Orders: will only be accepted subject to Green Mountain Lighting approval.

Specification: Green Mountain Lightingmake every effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the product guide, however due to continual product development reserve the right to amend specifications without notice.

Copyright: all information contained in the product guide may not be reproduced without prior consent.

Specials: are ordered on a strictly non-returnable basis.

Delivery: All delivery times are quoted in good faith. The company shall not be held liable for any cost incurred due to non-delivery by an agreed date.

Loss or damage: notification is required within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by the purchaser, either via our transport or a 3rd party carrier.

Returns: will not be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. Goods will be replaced or credited only upon inspection and approval by Green Mountain Lighting.

Consequential Loss: Green Mountain Lighting will under no circumstances be held liable for any consequential loss suffered by the purchaser due to non-delivery, breach of contract or omissions with reference to production loss of income and/or labor costs on a time basis.
